Update -
We are continuing to investigate this issue with Neon Portal logins, but have not yet been able to pinpoint a resolution. Timeouts are intermittent so we recommend reloading. Load times are slow. Once you have completed Portal login and are inside your Neon One app, load times of the app are not affected. Front end forms and constituent/patron/fundraising pages are not affected by this issue.

We are currently investigating an issue where some donation forms may display as a blank grey page. If you are experiencing this, a temporary workaround is to remove any apostrophes ( ' ) or backslashes ( \ ) from your suggested donation amount descriptions in your form settings. Our team is actively working on a permanent fix and will provide an update once resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Neon CRM was unable to load correctly or complete login from apx. 5:00am-1:00pm CST on June 13, 2026, for some customers with an SSL certificate (custom domain) applied to their systems. This issue has been resolved and the change creating this error was rolled back.

Our partners at PayPal implemented a fix for the Venmo button visibility issue on iOS (non-Safari browsers) the resolution applied to both Safari and Chrome. We are working with Paypal to resolve an issue with the Venmo button appearing when utilizing the Google app. We are in active communication with their team to work toward a full resolution.
