We’ll perform scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, November 3 from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM CST. Neon CRM NGE customers who process payments through PNC Authorize.net will have about 15 minutes during this window when transactions can’t be processed. No other customers or payment methods are affected. We’ll post an update when the work is complete.

Neon CRM Scheduled Maintenance (November 14th, 2026 Product Release) Nov 14, 2026 02:00-04:00 CST
Neon CRM will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on November 14th, 2026 with expected downtime between 2-4am CST. This maintenance period is for the Neon CRM November 14th product release, and release notes will be available by November 13th.
