Scheduled - Vanguard Charitable will be temporarily unavailable through Chariot DAFpay starting August 31, 2026 while Chariot completes planned maintenance related to the Vanguard Charitable integration. During this time, donors will not be able to make grants from Vanguard Charitable accounts through DAFpay.

All other DAFpay providers will remain available. A follow-up update will be shared once service for Vanguard Charitable has been restored.

Neon CRM Intermittent slowdown
Resolved - This incident has been resolved as of apx. 6:30pm CST on 9/16. We identified the root cause of the Neon CRM slowdown and applied a fix. Performance has returned to normal speeds, but we are monitoring to ensure reliability.

Monitoring - We have implemented a fix for the problem. We estimate all emails that had been delayed will be sent in the next 30 minutes (by 7:00pm CDT).

Identified - We have identified an issue in the Neon CRM email campaign system that has slowed down its ability to send emails. This has resulted in email campaigns sending much slower than normal. We have identified the root cause of the issue and are working towards its resolution.
