Update - We identified the issue and all systems are currently operating as expected. Admin users should no longer be experiencing delays when logging in. We will continue to monitor the situation, thank you for patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

Update - We are experiencing additional issues with users being able to login to the system. Users may experience intermittent delays when attempting to access Neon apps. The team is actively working on a resolution and will update here with more information as we work to resolve the issue.

Monitoring - We experienced a temporary issue with logins that should now be resolved. Trying to login again should allow you to access the system as normal. We will continue to monitor the situation in the interim and we appreciate your patience while we resolved this issue.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue with Neon Portal logins, but have not yet been able to pinpoint a resolution. Timeouts are intermittent so we recommend reloading. Load times are slow. Once you have completed Portal login and are inside your Neon One app, load times of the app are not affected. Front end forms and constituent/patron/fundraising pages are not affected by this issue.

Neon CRM: Donation Form loading issues when suggested amount descriptions contain special characters
Resolved - This issue was resolved as of 2:30am CST on June 16.

Identified - We are currently investigating an issue where some donation forms may display as a blank grey page. If you are experiencing this, a temporary workaround is to remove any apostrophes ( ' ) or backslashes ( \ ) from your suggested donation amount descriptions in your form settings. Our team is actively working on a permanent fix and will provide an update once resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
